A Season of Purpose, Community & Creative Growth
For more than 20 years, K2K Productions has been helping students in Grades 2–12 discover who they are, where they fit, and their purpose through exceptional theatre, meaningful mentorship, faith, and community.
Our 2026–2027 season includes programs in Woodstock/Innerkip and Stratford, where students participate in a full musical theatre production while building confidence, creativity, leadership, lasting friendships, and character in a caring and encouraging environment.
Whether your student is stepping onto the stage for the first time or has years of experience, K2K is a place where every student is known, encouraged, and invited to grow—on and off the stage.
It Takes a Community
Every K2K season is made possible through a partnership between families, donors, sponsors, volunteers, and our community.

Creating the K2K experience requires an investment of approximately $3,000 per student each season - regardless of the age group.
Registration is $1,250 per student, with the remaining investment made possible through generous donors, sponsors, fundraising initiatives, volunteers, grants, and community partnerships.
After years of absorbing increasing program costs while keeping tuition as affordable as possible, this adjustment was necessary to help ensure K2K remains sustainable for the future.
Together, we're investing in young people and helping students discover their potential through exceptional theatre, meaningful mentorship, and faith.
Accessibility Matters
We believe every student should have the opportunity to participate in K2K Productions.
To help make that possible, families can choose from a variety of flexible payment options, including one-time, monthly, and twice-monthly payment plans.
Families experiencing financial need are encouraged to complete our confidential Financial Assistance Application. Because financial assistance is made possible through the generosity of donors, sponsors, and our community, applicants will be asked to provide financial information to help ensure assistance is distributed fairly to families with demonstrated need.
THE K2K EXPERIENCE
Your Registration Investment
For more than 20 years, K2K has remained committed to providing an exceptional theatre experience that helps students discover who they are, where they fit, and their purpose.
Creating that experience requires an investment of approximately $3,000 per student each season.
For the 2026–2027 season, registration is $1,250 per student, representing approximately 42% of the total investment required to provide the K2K experience. The remaining cost continues to be made possible through the generosity of donors, sponsors, fundraising initiatives, grants, volunteers, and our community.
Your registration includes:
- Weekly mentorship and meaningful small groups
- Exceptional artistic instruction from experienced leaders
- High-quality productions, costumes, sets, props, and technical theatre
- Safe, welcoming rehearsal and performance facilities
- Leadership, character, and faith development
- A K2K program T-shirt, one printed musical script
- A downloadable student headshot and show photos
No audition is required to register. Students of all theatre experience levels are welcome, and no previous musical theatre experience or faith background is required to participate.
Financial Assistance is available for families with demonstrated financial need, and flexible payment options are available to help make K2K as accessible as possible.
We believe every student deserves the opportunity to experience K2K, and we're deeply grateful for every family, donor, sponsor, volunteer, and community partner who helps make that possible.
Weekly Program & Small Groups
K2K Productions values mentorship, coaching, and meaningful community. Every student is placed in a small group led by screened and trained volunteers.
Through conversation, activities, mentorship, and faith-based teaching, students build relationships while growing in confidence, character, and purpose.
Large group teaching and activities are connected to the musical themes and help students explore the story with meaning beyond the stage.
Communication
We value clear and open communication. Each family will require access to K2K Backstage (online portal) for all their information about program, music, expectations, and schedule. Students are encouraged to access this information regularly and will require an email address to do so.
Sign In & Out is required for students in Grades 2-7. If you are unable to pick up your student, another family member or friend can do so if you have provided their name during the registration process. As many individual names can be added to this list as you would like.
Attendance
Regular attendance is an important part of every production. Students depend on one another as they rehearse, learn choreography, prepare music, and build confidence together.
If your student will miss a program night or rehearsal, please let us know as early as possible.
All rehearsals and dress rehearsals the four weeks leading up to performances are mandatory. If your student will be away during this time, K2K must be notified before auditions and casting.
There are no rehearsals during Christmas holidays, Family Day weekend, or March Break.
Parent Orientation & Participation
Parent Orientation is required at the start of every season. This includes a 45-minute video orientation before the season begins and an in-person orientation in October.
Parent Orientation helps ensure families understand the routines, expectations, schedule, and communication systems for the season.
Family participation is also required throughout the production season. Volunteer opportunities may include set-up, tear-down, costumes, props, painting, moving items, cleaning, hair and makeup support, or other production-related needs.
One adult from each household is required to participate in final strike and clean-up following the last performance.

Productions
Additional rehearsals will be scheduled outside of regular program nights and will include some Saturday rehearsals starting in October and depending on role. These rehearsals may range from 45 mins to several hours. Prior to show time, Friday, Saturday and Sunday rehearsals may take place.
Once casting is complete in October, a production schedule will be shared through K2K Backstage. Families are expected to review the schedule carefully and communicate any known conflicts.
Attendance during the final weeks before performances is especially important and are mandatory 4 weeks prior to show time. If absences are not communicated in advance, casting or staging adjustments may be required.
Auditions & Casting
After the season begins, students will participate in an audition process. Auditions are designed to help students grow and challenge themselves. Roles are cast based on student interest, preparation, skills, growth goals, ability to receive coaching, and the needs of the production.
Audition preparation materials and information will be shared through K2K Backstage and during weekly program nights.
Costumes
All costumes belong to K2K Productions and are created or sourced by our Costume Designer.
Students may be asked to provide simple costume basics, such as a tank top, bike shorts, or specific footwear.
These details will be shared once costumes are planned. Families can expect information about supplementary costume needs by January 30.
