Box Office Policies

Ticket Purchases

Purchases can be made online, by phone 519-290-9525 or in-person at The Hallmark Shoppe Woodstock OR Adams Building Centre.  Hard copy tickets can be shown at the door for entry, or your ticket confirmation containing the bar code.

The bar code which will be scanned at the door when all 'party' members are present and ready for entry. There is one bar code per customer order. For this reason, if you are purchasing for individuals outside your home, or a group, it is recommended you purchase tickets in separate orders.

Tickets are required for all individuals attending the show, regardless of age.

Pricing

Tickets are $25 per person, regardless of age.

Ticket Policy Terms & Conditions

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.  Tickets can be exchanged 2 days in advance of the purchased show time.

If needing to exchange your ticket, please contact boxoffice@k2kproductions.ca or call 519-290-9525. Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange tickets the day of the event, or due to personal health concerns.

Seating is first-come, first serve for those who are physically present at the time of entry. For this reason, seats may not be saved or reserved for groups, or other family members who are not in attendance or in the building yet.

Doors will open approximately 30 mins prior to showtime.

Theatre Etiquette

No flash photography or video is allowed during the performance. Photos after the show are welcomed and encouraged!  Be sure to tag @K2Kproductions to share far & wide.

Patrons who arrive after start of the show will be seated at designated times during the performance by Ushers.  There will be a 15 mins Intermission at each performance. 

Accessibility

If requiring accessible seating, please notify us at the time of your order at boxoffice@k2kproductions.ca or 519-290-9525.  We will not be able to accommodate seating prior to showtime.

Inclement Weather

In the event of extreme weather conditions we will post updates via facebook, instagram and/or email.
